Ivory Racing Refund Policy
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns, as these items cannot be resold.
Non-Custom Orders: Non-custom items may be eligible for store credit if one of the following applies:
• The customer received an item in a different color than ordered.
• The item arrived damaged.
• The item experienced failure during normal riding or use, subject to review and approval by our support team.
Customers must contact Ivory Racing through an approved support channel for review and authorization before any return, replacement, or store credit request is processed. Eligibility is determined based on the circumstances of the claim and supporting evidence
